Delivery Policy

We deliver Letterbox Cocktails across the UK using a tracked delivery service.

Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday are usually prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

If you’ve selected a preferred delivery date, we’ll do our best to have your order arrive on or around that date, but we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

If your order hasn’t arrived when expected, or there’s an issue with your delivery, please get in touch, and our team will be happy to help.

Please make sure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct, as we cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details. Our postage system is automated, and Royal Mail will take the address exactly as it is entered, so please make sure it is correct.
