The promoter is Letterbox Cocktails Ltd, 11 Cody Road, Bedford, MK41 6ED.

The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. Employees of Letterbox Cocktails Ltd, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to win.

No purchase is necessary. To enter, submit a valid email address through the Letterbox Christmas Giveaway form on our website. One entry per person is permitted. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent or incomplete entries may be disqualified.

Entries close at 11:59pm on 23 November 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on 24 November 2026.

The winner will be contacted using the email address provided when entering and must respond within 48 hours of the notification being sent. If the winner does not respond within this time, cannot be contacted, or cannot confirm their eligibility, Letterbox Cocktails reserves the right to select another winner at random.

The prize consists of one Limited Edition Christmas Cocktail Advent Calendar, one Christmas Cocktail Cracker and one Mini Christmas Trio.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, Letterbox Cocktails reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

The winner must provide a valid UK delivery address. Proof of age and UK residency may be requested before the prize is dispatched. As the prize contains alcohol, it will only be supplied to a winner aged 18 or over.

Letterbox Cocktails accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not successfully submitted due to technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Personal information provided in connection with the giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, contact the winner and arrange delivery of the prize, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Where you have consented to receive marketing communications from Letterbox Cocktails, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Where required under the CAP Code, information confirming that a valid award took place may be made available on request. This may include the winner’s surname and county. The winner may object to this information being published or request that the amount of information published is reduced, although Letterbox Cocktails may still be required to provide details to the Advertising Standards Authority.

Letterbox Cocktails reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the giveaway where circumstances outside our reasonable control make this necessary.

The promoter’s decision regarding the giveaway and selection of the winner is final.
