If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s a problem with your cocktails, please get in touch with us as soon as possible after delivery, and we’ll do everything we can to put it right.

We deliver Letterbox Cocktails across the UK using a tracked delivery service.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday are prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

FAQs
Our cocktails are fresh! Please be aware that cocktails containing coffee will have a shelf life of 7 days from arrival. These are: Espresso Martini, Salted Caramel Espresso Martini, and Chocolate Espresso Martini. All other cocktails have a shelf life of at least 28 days from arrival.
All of our cocktails should be stored in a cool, dark place. Avoid direct sunlight. They may be kept in the fridge, but this is not a requirement. They are shelf-stable.
Next day and 2-day delivery are our two common options. We use Royal Mail for our standard delivery service. Orders placed before 3pm will be sent the same day. You can select 24hr Tracked (1-2 working days) or 48hr Tracked (2-3 working days). If you want to guarantee any part of the delivery process, please ask, as we can access a guaranteed service, although this may be subject to additional fees.
If you have entered the wrong name, address, or any small detail when checking out, please contact us immediately. Use our email or phone number. We are able to amend shipping addresses, but in some cases, when your order has already been processed and shipped, we will no longer be able to change any addresses.
